So patches are done???

i see a thread with an article taalking about madden 12...its november,,they need to still be patching madden 11.

is game planning fixed???,,,i think not.
I have been playing with the patch deleted jus so i can have Game Planning(the most advertised feature) work properly.

i jus dont get it. we need another patch to fix this issue before we care to fix a game that hasnt come out yet

Patches are done with Madden 11. They usually only put out 2 per title, but they added a couple extra this year. Its time for them to move on for Madden 12

What is wrong with game plan.

I dont use it. I use gameflow and see no issue. If i dont like the call they make i just use one of my audibles that i set up.

Game wont be patch any more. They are working on 12. So no need to even worry about it any more.

I think Madden plans a great game once you find a good slider set

i agree

but gameplanning helps the CPU call plays better... as in not running a screen every set of downs.
it also helps in franchise if you have 32 gameplans(offense) because you can get each team to play to it's real life schemes

ever since patch 3 you cant get the cpu to use this feature anymore...
some of us use a workaround,,some of us deleted the patch(s)

Well to be honest with you, I have not ran into any issues having the cpu call a good game. I dont see a lot of the same plays or many screens.

They said it in the first podcast a few weeks ago, it takes weeks to get an update through approval from Mircrosoft, and the updates also have a size restriction. Many of the things they would love to update wouldn't be accpeted by Microsoft due to size, and the time it takes to "turn around" the patch means they are losing valuable time on Madden 12.

This is why they can't just update our rosters each year with new art and stats, because the size constraints MS puts on updates. So they claim.

Dont F the game up in the first place and you wouldn't need multiple patches. Blaming MS is like blaming the water for Titanic sinking. I like the restrictions as it tries to make developers be more responsible and not just throw crap out there because they can patch later.
