Do you perform a Fantasy Draft in your franchise?

I used to do fantasy drafts every year from 2003 until I restarted my franchise on 2010 when I got tired of telling my cousin every morning at work about the games I played the night before, and I would say Chad Pennington picked me apart, but I scored a last second touchdown with Mike Vick, and he would say, "I thought you were the Bills in your franchise." It became too hard to explain my accomplishments along with including what teams each of the players played for, and I realized if I was really the GM of the Bills, I would have to try and return them to glory with the roster the game already has set, so I have been set on using the standard rosters and building up from there on every game. How bout you guys?

I like to run 2 franchises simultaneously, one with a fantasy draft and one with default rosters. Of course it would be much better if they could tune the CPU draft AI, because right now, it's busted.
