Do I have to control all 32 teams in order to edit player ratings if I just have a 1 team franchise?

Im importing NCAA draft classes and since we can edit this year I was wondering if during my Pats chise I can edit rookies on other teams?

You have to control all 32.

Why do you want to edit rookies?

Because im sure Andrew Luck will come in as a 64 overall to some team.

No. I have 3 Franchises and all of them, He is 80.

I had Blackmon on my Saints Franchise but I deleted all these and started over with Broncos.

He was 75 I believe. I'm not big into college though so I don't know many people. But Luck was 80 and Trent Richardson was either 82 or 84.

You do not have to control all the teams to edit players on other teams.

Luck comes in around a 80 every time for me

I have a question
