Amazon price match or just promo code?

Seems like I read the Toys R Us $45 price a couple of weeks ago on OS, and Amazon is yet to change their base preorder price. I did notice the $15 .com credit on Amazon. Is that considered their 'price match'?

Yes, I believe that is the best offer Amazon is going to give. On the plus side Amazon is tax-free in most states and offers $0.99 release date shipping. I'm not sure what Toys 'r Us is offering as far as shipping goes, but both deals seem to be about the same.

Amazon dropped their release day shipping $0.99. it is no longer an option unless they brought it back up today. If you go amazon, you will have to explain to a rep via chat that you have seen the release day shipping that was available a week ago is now gone and you will preorder if they drop shipping.

Thanks for the heads up. Luckily I pre-ordered Madden a couple of weeks back before my Student Prime membership expired. I guess they're raising the shipping costs to get more people to pay for an Amazon Prime membership.

@thiel82 I checked the Amazon shipping prices for NCAA 13 and it's $7.98 for release date shipping. Assuming it's the same for Madden I'd definitely recommend you take the Toys 'r Us deal.
