Changing positions in CC

If I choose to make my 4-3 team a 3-4 team like the Colts did this offseason, how can I change player positions? I realize there is no editing. Mathis and Freeney switched to OLB, so could I do that through the depth chart? Not just the regular FB-TE, FS-SS switch, but a DT-DE or DE-OLB switch? Or even a RB-WR switch? I haven't got a clear answer, and I really need one.

Well it shows you what threads have similar titles when you go to make a thread. Only one was under NCAA and it wasnt this question. Sorry for not magically knowing or searching through page after page.
