Madden Bugs and Glitches Thread

Whats the bug?
Playoff game going into overtime and finishing with a tie game. I was playing connected careers and the game went into overtime tied 10-10. The game went back and forth without anybody scoring and then my player was off the field so it started doing the supersim. During that time the game ended as a 10-10 tie which can't happen in a playoff game. I thought the game would crash because there would be no way to determine who moves on but all they did was give the other team 1 point and it said they won the game 11-10.

What game mode did you experience the bug/glitch in? (Gameplay, Franchise, Online, Front End, etc.....)
Player connected career.

How did it happen or what did you do to trigger it? Can you recreate it?
I think it was due to the supersim. Supersim might not be set up for playoff games so it used regular season rules which allow teams to tie.

How often can the bug be reproduced?
Don't know.

Glitch? My DE isn't listed in the league stats NFL leaders even though he has 8 more sacks than anyone else in the league.

This is the first time I've looked at the stats leaders but it didn't change when I went back to it and resorted the sacks catagory.

Everytime so far

Disconnect from EA servers at end of practice or game.

Online CCM

How did it happen or what did you do to trigger it? Can you recreate it?
Happens after leaving practice or game coming back to the main CCM screen then gives an error advising disconnect and kicks me to the main menu.

How often can the bug be reproduced?
Has happened twice after playing a game and 4 consecutive times after a practice. Never gives credit for completing the said game or practice.

It can't be a bug if it isn't in the game in the first place.

For a bit more info from someone else having this problem, It seems to be triggered as soon as you go into online CC mode. From then on, even if I exit CC and go back to the Madden '13 main menu it will still triple-beep when I try to quit to XMB, and re-boot into the file system restore option screen. Signing out of PSN before quitting Madden at least appears to be a temporary solution.

Undrafted free agents on their player cards on the awards section are said to have been a first round pick in the draft

How did it happen or what did you do to trigger it?Did a squib kick and bounced off the ground and he was running sideways the whole time. Can you recreate it? No it happened to me.

How often can the bug be reproduced?Happened twice and it almost happened again vs a user in CCM.
