CPU vs CPU a little confused

I went on another thread and it says there is no cpu vs cpu mode. Then people mention coach mode and i get lost. What I mean by it is I start a season then at each game move the controller into the center and let the computer run both teams. Play a whole season like this till the SB. So with the terms coach, QB is there a old fashion way to play cpu vs cpu in madden 13? If so are there injuries. if not I don't understand whay this simple line of code to let the games play out are not written?

In CC, there is no way to move the controller to the middle. At the beginning of the game, your locked on your team and during game when you pause, there is no option for controller select to change it.

tfp said in Connected Careers, so if you want to do a franchise and not just a single game. The demo is the equivalent of Play Now where I believe you can still do CPU vs CPU games.

Again not to sound dump. Forgetting connected careers you can't do a simple season with no c vs c? If so that's terrible

I'm disappointed too and thank god I was able to rent locally so I found out first hand about all the problems and saved myself 60+ dollars as well cause I too am a CPU vs. CPU player.
