New juke animation?

Anyone know how to do this as a user? 90% of the time I try to juke in a actual game it does that stupid stop everything and jump to the side crap.

I hate that the NCAA juke is in Madden 13. Running between the Gaurd and Center is impossible now cause the player stops to juke.

I read on another thread, I think it was the difference of auto sprint vs user control. They had mentioned when auto sprint is off you are able to make cuts and avoid that same sidestep animation. You might try that.

I always ensure auto sprint and strafe are off. Still I try to cut and am forced into this horrible stop in place juke nearly every time. Ruins one cut runners like Murray as that's how he runs in real life. The lack of these animations which seldom play out forces users who use Murray/McFadden to constantly run horizontal to the sidelines and hope you beat the D around the edge.

I don't know how to do that specific animation but you can do a stutter step juke by moving the right stick left-right-left or right-left-right. Doing that to many times causes the player to fall over himself

Re: New juke animation?

I was trying to figure this out as well. I think the jukes may matter on the direction of the right stick you press. It seems I am always doing the stiff juke when I go to 3 or 9 O' Clock, but do more of a cut when I flick it towards 2 or 10. I may just be bugging out, but I am still playing around with it...
