No 1st round pick?

Finished my first year with the skins and finished 3rd last . I made no trades with picks but on draft day I had no first round pick. Why? Do skins not have one in "the real world "?

nope....they traded it away along with 2014's for RG3

Yes, for the first time teams have their actual draft picks.....you don't have a 1st rounder for ur first two seasons if your the Skins.....the Rams have both of ur picks

Even though this is a nice addition, and I would always have it activated, there should be an option to let everyone keep their picks for year 1.

I agree with you, but not everyone takes that game that seriously. For the casual gamer they should have the option to include real draft pick situations, or not.

I play a few other games, and I believe its NHL 12 that gives you the choice when you start your franchise whether or not to include preexisting draft pick transitions.

Thats how it would have happened in the past. Nice to see that the devs focused on at least that part during the production
