Played my 1st Online Game...

Figured I would play an unranked game to prepare for my online franchise to start. Coverage is terrible when playing another user. Neither one of us could stop the other, besides sacks. Neither of us threw an incomplete pass.

I'm not the best at the game, but coverage seems super bad. My opponent basically threw to his TE the entire time...I would user a LB over him...but never could even break it up.

It is funny how the game (at least for me) plays better against the CPU...but I have to play my "offline" franchise online to avoid all the CCM bugs lol.

I played my first online game in Madden since 09 on the PSP. Lost 28-17. The guy called me a loser. But I didn't rage quit? Wtf is wrong with people.

Basically, I am wondering if it possible to play zone coverage on this version. We both had decent defenses (bears/ 49ers) but our zone defenders seemed really slow to react to the ball.

I got most of my picks playing Cover 3 press in Nickel. Every game I join people are using the 49ers. Just lost another 14-20. I played Chase Daniel for the fun of it.

To the guy above, zones are not tight enough in this version. I'm hoping this gets fixed ASAP.

I play online for fun, and while I do try my best to win (and can even get livid when things aren't going my way :P), I do find it very lame that there are chumps who get off on trash talking over video games.

It's impossible to stop the pass online period unless you get picks. Even when playing Nickel/Dime man so a CB would cover Vernon Davis or any other TE, they'd still get separation.

Either go for picks or let them win.
