How do I adjust my defence to get a double team on a receiver. Even after 150 games I still don't know how to do this. All I usually do is make a safety play a bit deep back in a zone. If anyone knows that'll be great.

choose the plays...."double z"..."double x"... or "double wide" to get a double team on receivers....they can be found in nickle, dime, and quarter formations i believe

I know about those plays. I thought that there was a way to adjust your defense (other than line and LB shifts) after the huddle?
