I just got Madden 2004 (I know Im late) and Im having a huge problem.

At the start of the second quarter the game keeps putting in all the backups. Has anyone else experieced this? Recommendations on how to fix it would be greatly appreciated.

This is happening in every type of game Im playing ...Franchise, quick game etc.

Are you in the preseason??

Nope regular season and it is also happening when I just play a quick game. Thoughts?

that's only supposed to happen in the preseason in franchise mode. if that's going on in other modes, then it can only be a glitch/f'd up copy of the game.

Thanks for the input. I erased all the settings from memory and started "fresh" and it worked. I guess it was a glitch that was defaulting to preseason mode due to a corrupted file somewhere. Anyway its fix now. Thanks.
