PS3 to PS4 carry over?

Does anyone know if EA is instituting any sort of cloud save type of a system to carry over franchises/roster/settings/whatever from the current gen versions of Madden to the next gen versions? I know they've announced that players will keep their stats/ranks in Battlefield 4 moving from PS3 to PS4 or 360 to XB1, but I haven't seen anything about Madden or FIFA. Anyone?

And sorry if this has been discussed before, I searched but didn't find anything. If it has, feel free to point me in the right direction and lock this one up.

only thing that moves over to Ps4 is your MUT team u have start everything else over.

Hm, that's kinda weak. I could see if absolutely nothing carried over, but the fact that it's obviously something that is perhaps feasible and that's all that carries forward kinda sucks.
