Re: WR1 and WR2 starters haven't played last 2 4th quarters?

Forgot to change my fatigue setting again, was in a battle with the Bucs. The Bucs (2-3), my team (5-0), won by 2 or more scores 5 weeks straight. Typical trap game, did not see this coming at all.

Pulled away early, but wasnt able to put up anything but FGs heading into the 4th as Tampa inched closer. Having to keep the lead in the final quarter, my starters at WR disappeared. My one star receiver did return, though as the number 3 receiver. I am assuming because during this game, I lost 2 WRs to injury for at least the game.

Will change fatigue setting now.

So I don't think players are disappearing. I just think they're too tired to return.

I think gamers who are accustomed to using high "in/out" settings, especially if you have the "in" setting at 95, are the ones who are seeing guys disappear in the 4th quarter. I think it's because your player cannot recover to 95 fatigue so he just sits out.

I've even seen my DT's and DE's disappear by the 4th with "in" at 80! It's annoying...

I get good results using these;

In/Out

Fatigue at 50

QB-2/1
HB-75/73
WR-75/73
FB/TE-76/74
OL-74/72

DT-75/74
DE-75/74
LB-77/75
CB-76/74
Sft-78/76
I updated my numbers above. I'm still getting good results with these, none of my WRs dissappear.

I do still occasionally see one of my DEs dissappear because I have a starter with 67 fatigue and he can never seem to finish a game, especially if my Defense is on the field a lot. My starting DE on the other side has 85 fatigue and never disappears.

Also, I still manually sub my RBs.

These sliders are with 50 fatigue.

That logic would make sense if it happened accross the boards... but OLB Brian Orakpo usually sits out the entire 4th quater and all my defense is set at 48 in/46 out. Meaning he would be too tired he couldn't recover to a 48?

What is Orakpo's stamina?

LB's CB's and Safeties should play 95% of all Defensive snaps. It's really only DE's and DT's that should swap a lot. At least that's how it is in real life.

So if your OLB gets subbed out at ALL something must be set wrong. The backups should only be playing on Special Teams (kicks/punts)

Make are fatigue is set to 50 and the "out ins" are like 75 or lower.

I've started noticing this with my OLBs as well. Not so much with my WRs, but Aldon Smith hasn't played in the fourth quarter in the majority of my recent games.
