The IGN article states the graphics for weather will be redesigned...hopefully the effect the weather has on the playing field will receive an upgrade as well.Personally,I think Fever has the best snow effects,which seems to be a bit tricky to do.As long as the rain is more visible while its falling and the snow doesn't look like snowballs I'm happy.
