What Happen To Better Defense???

I will never play any other game except for Madden, so I dont want anybody thinking this was done in any way to bash the game. I absolutely love this game but some things should not happen and this is one of them. I know this is just one play but there should be no reason why this could/should happen in real life or a video game. Just look at the videos he is staring right at/or towards the QB and my CB acted like he had no idea where the ball was. Please LMK what you guys/gals think of this and I overacting?

Thanks! I know all games will have their problems(even MAJOR ones), what I do is just focus on what is GOOD and enjoy it.
