In 40 games I've not seen a single injury nor penalty that wasn't offsides. Anyone else?

I played my very first online game last night and Stafford got injured for me late in the 3rd. I wasn't running with him either. It was from a sack.

In MUT and Draft games, penalties that the user has no control over almost never happen (pass interference, holding, etc.)

EA stated they did this on purpose. The sliders are normal in exhibition games.
