Pitching Camera Settings and User Pitch Control
Try...

Pitcher

Zoom 1

Position 5

Height 3

Side Normal

I am not the greatest with pitching movements on the right stick and with the Pitch Meter set to 100 it is pretty challenging. Pitcher Control is set at 5.
