Next Patch is coming soon

Everyone's getting antsy, but all you can do is wait at this point. Once you see patch notes released, you can expect to see the patch come out quickly after...unless they're released at the same time haha.

Remember it was only last Wednesday that Ron2k posted that the patch should go to Sony/MS "this week." Meaning it's only been like 3 full working days since? I think we're all hoping for this week sometime, but I wouldn't put money on that.

Patch was slightly held up due to issue with home run derby. (paraphrased)

Man, I wish I could take 2k at their word. But we've all been burned so many times....

the only thing I can do is stay hopeful that the holdup was "minor" and that they are trying to fix this game.

Yeah. All indications are that this will be an enormous update. But, as I've been saying, the patch is finalized! It's just going through its review process, and it's been held up twice.

2k, if you are listening, many of us will take a solid game if it means a slightly flawed home run derby mode, lol.

how has it been held up twice? i only know of once and it was this time.

Well, it was finalized before, but they might've had to pull it back and change a few things after QA testing (auch as the Home Run Derby issue), hence the hold up.

I agree. Honestly, I'm all for them taking their time as long as they fix as much as they can.
