Everyone needs to watch that. Someone posted that in response to the Yankees tweet announcing Cole. It’s great.

The strength and conditioning coach Matt Krause has been fired. Finally. Gotta feel for him though, can’t imagine he’ll have a very easy time finding a similar job with a different team after what went down last season.

They had to put a name/face to the mess and fire somebody, but I don't know how huge of an impact that guy could really have on an organization like this. We'll see, but every time the front office fires a coach I think they're covering up for their own mistakes.


I absolutely love Gerrit Cole man. Not only him fulfilling the Yankee dream, but the fact that his contract is so insane and he's so pro union, thanked Curt Flood and Marvin Miller, just the way he carries himself is special. He's already a perfect Yankee. I'm hoping Matt Blake can get out of him what the Astros did last season for a few more at least.
