40 man rosters, arbitration, September call-ups, waivers, rule-5, everything under the sun as the PS3 for that. All the sig styles, new presentation screens, online leagues, animations, etc.

Basically the devs in the podcast said the PSP is reaching the level of the PS3 quickly in the feature department.
