No ST Progression at all Post Patch??

This is a real bummer to me. I was loving franchise before. It was great to see some guys making a huge impact early on in their careers. I do feel that it needed to be toned down a bit, but not completely taken out. Now it feels like the franchise of old where your prospects would never really gain much and never really make much of an impact early. In real life, a prospect can gain a lot out of spring training. This is a real disappointment in my opinion. There should be SOME kind of progression during ST.

It was a bug, plain and simple. You might be happy that young players were progressing twice as fast, but veterans were also regressing twice at the same time. That shouldn't happen, and it's been addressed.

I'm aware of that. As I said, it shouldn't have been as exaggerated as it was but there should be at least a little progression on young players in ST. The regression obviously shouldn't have been as exaggerated either. But young players should develop some during ST.

It hasn't been taken out. There's still some progression/regression in ST and throughout the season.

I know during the season it is, but I've simmed through 3 ST's just to check and there wasn't an attribute on any player that progressed/regressed. These varied from new saves to already existing ones.

Are you ending spring training or simming spring training? If you end it, I don't think you get any progression. But if you sim it, you should get some. Not a lot, but some.

In my actual dynasty, O'Flaherty went up a point. In some test seasons/franchises, I've had Medlen, Beachy, Walden and Upton go up a point.

Really? I've simmed through 4 ST's in 4 different franchise's since the update and not a single player (on the Blue Jays) progressed or regressed at all. I didn't check other teams though. I just assumed it wasn't happening at all anymore.

It is disappointing. It was alittle over the top, but I liked it. Guys are now taking longer in their careers to reach their potential. Sometimes too much.

I would prefer something in the way of more progression but glad the elderly regression is fixed.
