How to Add Additional Secondary Positions?

So Alex Bregman on the SCEA roster has his primary position as SS with 3B and LF as secondary positions. I am trying to edit his secondary positions to have SS and LF in my franchise but I can have only one or the other. Is there anyway to have both of those? Thanks.

List him as a primary LF then for secondary position put INF then it'll show he can play any infield position that's the only way to make it work.

Change his primary position to 3B and his secondary positions will adjust to SS and LF. Be sure not to adjust the secondary positions yourself. They should show as blank in the player edit screen, but they will adjust accordingly when you look at the player card/roster

Isn't there a fielding penalty for playing a secondary position?

Using him from the OSFM roster not the SCEA version
