Does "Hybrid" mean that this specific roster thread is referring to just MLB The Show 18 or 17 as well?

I forgot how you guys do the contracts. Sorry if its been answered. Do you guys do the length only? Or the salary too?

I usually like to pick a low budget team. IDK if that matters this year.

Hybrid is a term coined by Willard, a fantastic roster maker on these boards because it takes the OSFM (Operation Sports Full Minors) and blends it with rerates of every player based on a scale used by him to attempt to get the game to play to true stats. He does not make the roster anymore but the project has kept that namesake. Every year's release is for the current year's game.

Rov, idk if you guys noticed but OSFM imported over a couple SCEA players that were in the game already and the CAPs they used have no service time or stats. Just thought I'd let you know

I know they imported over Sam Travis and Brandon Workman for the Red Sox and there were a few others, some in free agency, whose names escape me right now but I do remember others.

I was going to start my own importing to correct this issue on the 4/6 Live roster since they added back in missing players but didn't want to start that if the Hybrid was going to do that anyway.
