Question about CPU sliders

I had a slider related question that one of you slider experts may be able to answer for me. I was finding pitching a bit too easy, so I moved the CPU contact, and CPU timing up a notch. I started a new franchise with these sliders and the scores in my first three games were realistic. 3-2, 10-6, and 4-2. But when I got to looking at scores of other games, I noticed a lot of 17-10, 9-8, 12-10 type scores. Very few low scoring games in the seasons first series. So my question is, would me moving those sliders up cause all of these offensive out bursts in the sim games. Or was that just an abnormal group of games for a few days? Thanks in advance.

Re: Question about CPU sliders

Sliders don't affect the part of the sim engine that led to the results you've seen. It was just a stretch of offensive games.
