Contract Accuracy

What's up guys, I have to wait until after work (stupid life!) to play The Show but was wondering if anyone of you who have the game could answer...

How do contracts look? How accurate are they to their real-life counterparts?

I saw one screen shot showing Mike Trout making chump change for the next five years and another person was talking about the Yankees payroll being about $300M less than it is in real life.

How are contracts in this game? I'm a huge franchise guy and love doing transactions/team-building, etc. but if the contracts aren't accurate or at least balanced, I find a lot less enjoyment in that aspect.

Thanks!
