'16 batting practice

This is something that won't be in the 'new features' segments or threads. I am wondering if the Open Batting practice has been put back in for '16? The last 2 years it has been listed as an option on the practice mode load up screen but not an option when actually in practice. I really enjoyed that mode where it is just a 20 pitch at bat with no situations or bat control hints. No medals, no points, just straight batting practice.

Re: '16 batting practice

I personally would like to see the pitch speed slider available in batting practice.

Just load your sliders before practice.

I'd love to see batting cages especially for RTTS. Come in there take a couple of swings It would help if you're trying out a new batting stance or just want to hit.

That defeats the point of practice.

If I can adjust contact, power, speed, etc...I would like an ability to adjust the pitch speed. Since I have such a hard time discerning between fastball and changeup, using batting practice is huge for me in learning pitch recognition. Hence, pitch speed plays a vital role in helping me find my "sweet spot".

Spoiler
Would be cool if it was something you could load up in the Player Edit menu similar to NHL. It's a little far-fetched and I'm not sure if it's even possible, but just throwing it out there.

Re: '16 batting practice

1. batting practice before each franchise game as an option in the empty-ish ballpark you are about to play in.

2. editable fielding angles to track the ball better in a wide open BP.

3. See #1

I'd love for a bp option where you can select pitch type & location. It'd be great for those of us that struggle hitting curtains pitches in certain spots.
