How Early Are Rating Adjustments?

Hey guys,

So as we know from last year we can expect weekly rating changes that affect the market through out the year. I didn't notice it until around July last year so I'm trying to get a head start by stockpiling guys I think are going to go up in ratings/card tiers.

I was wondering if anyone remembers how early it was when the first rating changes came out last year? Do they start after week one or do they wait a month and then start the weekly update.
