Black intermittent flicker on screen

Anyone have any fixes for this issue, I've read it's a common known issue, very annoying, I replaced my HDMI cable thinking that was the issue and it's still doing it I have a Vizio E420i 4k tv......suggestions much appreciated

“Flicker” or like where the screen literally turns off for 1-5 seconds? The latter is likely what’s called a “handshake” and there’s nothing you can do about it that I know of, just something that will happen now and again. Mine was doing it pretty bad for a while (like 5 or 6 times a game!) but has since stopped. Haven’t seen it in weeks. I think rebooting the PS4 once or twice will clean it up eventually.
