Upgrade preorder for PS Store

I was wondering if we are able to upgrade our preorder on the PS Store from the regular edition to the digital deluxe edition? Thanks so much. The PS assistants were none to helpful.

You would have to go thru Sony customer service to get them to cancel/refund your preorders of the regular edition so that you can use those funds to buy the digital deluxe version.

Once the game pre-downloads, its a pain in the butt to get them to delete the game and refund the money.
