Re: The Best Players in MLB The Show 19

Glad I started 19 in the AL Central, with the ChiSox. Those guys in the other divisions are gamekillers. I have played a smattering of exhibition games as the Orioles. Seems like every game, Rio Ruiz is an on-base machine. Sometimes I dream of what I'd do with Trout but theres no way in LA I'm playing with the Angels. And they certainly aren't about to trade him to the teams I run with.

How much should Sale go down at this point?Kershaw is high but I guess it's Kershaw we're talking about.Obviously,Yelich could certainly stand to be higher.

Stevenson waay overrated, his potential is F. And that $3457 is misleading, thats his pay rate per at-bat. Plus he only plays home games.

I thought this was going to be a "hidden gems" type article.* I could tell you that those players are easily top 15 in the game, if not the best!**

Thought there'd be mention of guys like the severely underrated Lorenzo Cain 83 gold...* That guy is a stud in the game with speed to match.* I got a Torii Hunter card and really have no use for him in CF because of how great Cain has been.* *Hunter is a diamond 87, but the 83 gold Cain outperforms him in a similar sample size.* Both righties, and Hunter has a diamond rating for hitting (as opposed to Cain's gold), but I end up on base far more often than I do with Hunter when using Cain.* And putting one or the other in left field is a meh proposal.

Marcel Ozuna in LF is a top option when he's playing above his standard rating.* He hits for power, OB%, and is a solid fielder.* Cain's cost (between 3-4k) is easily a great buy.*

If you are going to do another article like this, I'd suggest doing a hidden gems, and letting ppl know who out there is affordable, and plays at a much higher ability than the ratings suggests.**
That being said, what you wrote was well written.

I so agree on Cain 83 gold being severely underrated, he’s a beast on my team!

Would be cool to have a list of hidden gems that are underrated in The Show.
