It took them until May to release the first PS4 The Show. Unless Sony made a secret investment to ramp up the studio more than 1 year ago, there is no way that they are going multi platform beyond Sony this year. Next year is plausible but I would be afraid of the quality level on all platforms if they try to expand so much this year.

I don't think it's unreasonable to think there is a chance it releases on Xbox this year since we know it will be doing so at some point.
