If you ordered the standard digitally and haven't preloaded it yet, you can refund and repurchase the deluxe.

I got the JR edition digitally (XB) but the file I see installed says base game and it says GAME PASS if I try and load it (early I Know). Anyone else seeing the same thing? Is this normal?

So the only thing i can see is go to the store and look at games coming soon and see if it says Jackie robsinsion owned if its does i guess we should be ok if it dont then we are in trouble

It’s normal. The base game is what you launch to play, you’ll get the other stuff as dlc in game. If you go to the special editions in the store and go to the In This Bundle tab, it lists the Series X/S base game and the last gen base game.
