So I have been getting the show on release day since 2006. This year is the first year that I am going to probably skip. Mostly being a combination of Y2Y save not being in the game and also the neglect to franchise mode.

I was just wondering how many people out there, who would normally get this game day 1, decided to put it off. At least for the time being.

Me too it’s sad

My madden streak was 93 to 2012
This was 12 to 20 and I’m gelling that feeling 21 turning onto that madden 13 stripping out the core of the game and never recovering (that matters to me and lots of others on here )

When the 5 is readily available I'm sure I will eventually switch over, but for now I'm sticking with '20.

The only reason my streak (2005 here) is still alive is Stadium Creator. If not for the potential to create Mega Fenway with massive walls everywhere, I wouldn't have bothered this time around.

Really have lost me as a player the past few years. I used to put in 600+ hours every years, down to 200-300 in the past couple. This year I'd be surprised if I put in even 100.

Yes there are a lot of features missing we had become used to. What it comes down to is after playing another two games with my 15 year old son, we asked ourselves was the game fun? Answer: a resounding YES! The Show has the best sports gameplay experience right now.

I have no doubt 21 is a fun game. Usually im really excited about the show year in year out. But this year served as the perfect storm i guess. 21 is missing a key feature that I use and 20 plays so good that i dont feel the need to dish out 70$ on the game

Yes there are a lot of features missing we had become used to. What it comes down to is after playing another two games with my 15 year old son, we asked ourselves was the game fun? Answer: a resounding YES! The Show has the best sports gameplay experience right now.

I am out. '06 to '20 and I am done. Staying with '20 until someone else makes a Baseball game. I would rather play SuperMega or OOTP then move on to '21

08 -20. As soon as it was found out that Y2Y saves wasn’t in 21, I knew my streak was over.

Bunch of whiners I tell ya. Couldn’t be more pumped, especially after getting rid of my PS4 Pro (only reason why I owned a PS was to play The Show the last 8 years). Now no need to have one. JR deluxe edition currently installing on my XSX!

I know where you guys are coming from... I usually never get games on day 1 or year-over-year. You guys should at least consider getting it when the big price drop happens.... it’s that fun!

Same...super-duper disappointed - and I have BOTH next-gen systems. Hoping they take this feedback and improve for '22.

Probably will. One thing i keep thinking about is that if year to year save does not come back. How will they handle all the stadiums that people created. People will put alot of hours into creating these stadiums. Hopefully they can keep them for the future as well.
