I am thinking about going with Baltimore O”s, Arizona Diamondbacks, Florida Marlins. Like to start with rebuilding teams with pieces to move to add to the minor league depth. Make realistic trades as the GM. Have you ever played with a lower-tier player that you rake with but others have issues with? Example I do great with Jason Castro bring him in as a backup catcher to any of the teams above. He wouldn't cost much to get.

Probably the storyline with their playoff drought. Also, the young players are fun to play with. I don't play enough to go through multiple seasons to do a rebuild. The Mariners have a chance to be good this year so it is a nice challenge to try and take them to the playoffs.

I’m looking for a mid-tier team, both talent wise and financially. But I’m so picky. Have to have uniforms I like and play in an appealing stadium.
I love my Jays but I’m staying away from them this year.

I definitely feel like I'm an anomaly on this forum when it comes to franchise.
I love doing a fantasy draft because all of the teams are at least close to being equal.
I'm not sure which team I will choose for '22, but for my '21 franchise, I did a bunch of rebrands and used a "relocated" team and had a blast with that and its still going. Players are literally all over the place on random teams, it's pretty fun, but to each their own.JUUUUUUUST A BIT OUTSIDEComment

Hopefully OSFM rosters will be release this year. Usually they already had a thread started. Pretty sure the OSFM team receive the game early to get started early on rosters. Seems to me The Show is going with a entirely new approach this year.Comment

I'd say it does okay. It's still a video game so it doesn't master the draft by any means.
The Good:
the first guys to go are usually Vlad Jr, Walker Buehler, F Tatis JR, guys like that......so the CPU drafts for the future mostly. It won't take high rated OLD guys early in the draft. And the CPU also takes the future highly rated prospects early. And every team has a similar roster in the sense that every team has a handful of star players.
the Bad:
the CPU will sometimes take too many guys at one position, so its not uncommon for me to go in and edit a CPU roster real quick to fix that. The FM team doesn't get the game early. In the days of carryover they could start on the previous game a few months early and update everyone then port them into the new game once it comes out. With the lack of carryover but the additional minor league players in the game, it is less work for them but still substantially more than previously.
Not to mention the incorrect player ages of prospects in the base rosters now make this roster less accurate every year.
As far as a thread, someone randomly starts one but the FM team does not actively post here. They use Twitter for those types of communication.Funkycorm
