Weird TBT pack theory

So i played a game of rttp on thursday, the first game I got matched up with the guy had onyx pete maravich. Now I was getting rocked by pete the whole game, his card is filthy. After the game, the first thing I did was buy a TBT pack, and in that pack was pete maravich on my first try. Maybe that was all a coincidence but the only other onyx I've pulled from a tbt pack is iggy and Ive pulled way too many of them. Perhaps there is something more than just luck that had to do with this, does anyone else have a similar experience?

And I'm in love with pete's card. He has great handle and passing stats, fantastic shooting and he can even dunk (I was shocked when he dunked on me before)!

Interesting....could be coincidence though.

Mararvich is a beast...I've had the Gold card for a long time. It's just a shame he doesn't have a good size up move.

Yeah I was about to ask, does the Onyx have a sizeup move? Can you run plays from your playbook with him?

Yeah I used him for a while back in 2k11-2k12 when you could only get a gold player by pulling him lol he was a beast back then too but his onyx his crazy... shooting stats are so high for him and he can dunk lol but yeah the fact that he doesnt have a good size up move is absolutely devastating its just that stupid pull back nonetheless I think one of the better cards in the game

I havent tried any plays yet because I just like to iso/ iso and pnr with him but I will let u know
