Best setting for the Right stick

What is the best setting for the controller setting for the right stick and what do each of them mean?

Absolute or Camera relative

Also several threads say that it is best to not use the intense D or the always contested shot setting for the controller setting, but to use manual. Is this the best way to set it to get the best D?

Thanks for any help.

For defense I personally use absolute. Helps with defensive slides and contests.

I have shot contest on always so if anyones within range, they will contest a shot. My help D assist is at 0 so I maintain more control of my players movements.

I use absolute. I prefer it for both defense and offense
