1986-87 Roster is Needed I'm really surprised no one has done this tbh.

So many Emerging Stars And Players In There Late Prime That Could Have Continued Playing.

Working on a spreadsheet for this roster to help setup a MyNBA or Season.

It will include all teams and season year for each franchise, 10 man depth chart, ratings and ages for players.

Color coded to easily identify which slot they are placed in.

I will post a link soon as it's completed however it may it take some time because it's a lot of typing.

128 classic teams, do people realize? 68 classic teams plus 60 new classic teams added. This is awesome.

Here's the spreadsheet for this roster. Got it done over the weekend.

Just a couple notes about this spreadsheet, because the rosters are slightly different than the original.

- Teams are separated by conference. Key underneath East for team slots. (Hide menus when browsing spreadsheet, it's better for viewing)
- Some teams are start of season, some are end of season. I've added a few players who featured on the team at some point in the year.
- I've buffed up some ratings a little bit. Jake Voskuhl 67 rated buffed to 70 for example. One Suns team has no viable big men besides Amare. This makes Voskuhl playable and it also appeases my ocd.
- I've made some unrelated additions to teams. I added a 72 rated Eduardo Najera to the 06-07 Cavs, or a 70 rated Nazr Mohammed to 03 Heat. Not realistic yes, but practical for my purposes. Some teams are bare bones.
- Small handful of ratings fixes. I found like 4-5 players that had ratings from their All-Time Team version. Dan Issel for instance was 36 years old and coming off the bench in 84', so I bumped him down from 91 to 83. Reduced badges too. Like I said, Only a small handful of these edits. The ratings are otherwise fine.

These changes are mostly end of bench guys, a lot of changes won't even appear on 10 man depth chart. They are for the most part inconsequential, this spreadsheet for all intents and purposes reflects Fidel's roster.

Any one who accesses the spreadsheet has the option to copy it and use it as a base for whatever.


With notes about the spreadsheet out of the way, I wish to share what other edits I've made and what edits I intend to eventually include.


Okay, so in addition to the added players, I've also added "filler players" to get each team to 15 players.



I did this because I have completed advanced rotations for all 128 teams. This way, if you load up a MyNBA or Season then the CPU will not sign any free agents and reset the advanced rotation. I also play with injuries off for this reason. Rotations are for 10 minute quarters in mind and they work great. Sim minutes stats are fine.



I plan to also edit the following:

- Badges Revision
- Player Potentials
- legends tendencies from my draft classes (iffy about this, might spare myself some grinding)
- Signature shots for most players (only notable players, can't labor too much on this)
- Minor playbooks and playtype adjustments. I intend to create a couple of generic playbooks for different eras where necessary that will accomodate plays for all playtypes on team. Lot of playbooks missing certain types of plays, and it affects gameplay.

I will share the roster when finished, God willing. But, I will only share with Fidel's blessing and permission. I can even give the roster for Fidel to upload.

Fidel mate, if you don't appreciate me using your roster as a base then I will just share the spreadsheet and I'll keep to myself from now on. It's no problem at all, I respect your wishes.

Remaining edits will be very slow going.
