Roster Update Glitch?

Is there any type of known glitch (Switch) with roster updates where they overwrite saved user rosters??? I decided last week or so (when there was the sale for the digital download) to buy it. I have been working on my own port of CelticLGs roster to Switch. I was about 70% done. I logged in this afternoon and it gave me the notification of an update (which i assumed was for a roster update). I went to my saved roster and started updating (was trying to finish staff). Got to asst coaches on CLE and all of a sudden Larry Drew was HC (i fixed CHI and CLE yest).... i started a My League to fool around and check something out last night. The rosters are fine there, but my saved roster is like reset. Im pretty pissed right now. I have no idea what happened and i assume there is no way to restore where i was (outside of having started with saving a 2nd copy)?
