What's the best free throw difficulty for Shot Timing to get bad shooters to miss more?

I have 60% and are very nice the results... Check this out... I only miss one off 12 because i now well the players and don't have much FT because im loosing and trying much 3PT's and open shots...

In my GM i use 70.Its not easy but im getting some realistic results and for me that is the point
