Had a complication during check out, it redeemed my code but didn't actually give it to me. Who do I contact to get this sorted?

Edit: if anyone experiences an issue just switch it from monthly free trial to annual free trial and it gives you a second opportunity to enter the code.

What do you mean didn’t give it to you ? What did it say ? Also you would contact 2K support.

No MJ picture, I do have an image that will not display- I have tried all recommend options from internet to get it to display with no luck. Any options?

“Display images” at the header of the e-mail doesn’t work?

Can you try a mobile phone?

Nothing worked on pc, But was able to try ideas on Mobil, it worked Thank you
