NBA TODAY

I have posted this multiple times without a response and can not find an answer any where. I have Xbox One. NBA Today video is not playing ever, it says Aquiring NBA today highlights. I can load offline roster updates but online quick match does not have updated rosters. Also in myplayer mode I go to the store and I do not see images. I can buy them an put them on but the clothes stay the same. Lastly the Park everyone is wearing the brown shirt and blue pants. Am I the only one this is happening to? Is there a fix?

Something similar was happening to me.. Except I could use updated rosters.

The problem disappeared on its own yesterday.. I chalked it up to a 2k server issue.

I don't know of a fix, because like I said, it just started working on its own after 2 days of that issue.. MyCareer wouldn't load and gear was invisible

This is very frustrating because I use the cavs online and rosters are stuck with Bynum on roster... Someone please help

NBA today is not working for me either ps4, just has sliver ball and nba2k14 on the screen, rosters has also been reset.

I guess it's random because mine has been working for the last week with no issues. I used to just get the Play Of The Day but I'm getting highlights/Rosters

mine works fine just delete the 2k app and re install the game when thats done then go and download the latest 2k roster exit it without saving and restart the console

If you delete the app, do you keep your saves? What disappears? Do you have to recreate your myplayer?

Curious as to why you say to do all this and turn the game off.

I deleted app and reinstalled all myplayer stuff does not delete
