Not getting badges awarded in MyCareer

Anybody else having issues where after a game, you get a message congratulating you on unlocking a new attribute, go to the attributes screen to see it, etc, but then you don't appear to have anything new when you go to your attributes? It's been quite awhile since I've gotten a badge, but I've had that message serval times recently without apparently unlocking anything. Wondering if it's just some kind of glitch, or I just don't know where to look.

You start the game with 75 upgrades. At the bottom of that message it tells you how many upgrades out of 100 you have unlocked. It basically allows you to upgrade you attributes an extra time. There is no bug, you are just allowed to upgrade your attributes 76 times after the first message. Then 77, then 78 and so on every 10 games.

That's a relief. Seems like it would always pop up before I get a new badge, as well, but I follow. Thanks.
