Outsole Accent? Shoe Eyelit?

When I am trying to make a shoe from a tutorial for my MyCareer player after I have gotten a shoe deal, these two options for layers aren't available for me. On every tutorial I've see on YouTube, these options of layers are used.

Is there somewhere that I'm not looking or is that only available when you do the shoes outside of the MyCareer storyline?

Any help would be appreciated.

Main Menu > Options > Shoes > Edit or Create. There are a lot of layer restrictions when creating shoes and you see these layers when you customize an already available shoe.

So in order to have all of the options, I have to edit an already existing shoe and strip it down to start all over?

Outsole Accent and Shoe Eyelet are only available on some of the shoes that came with the game.

I see thanks. I wonder why almost every tutorial I've see has it on there. I just need to strip one and build it from scratch.
