Getting to playoffs in franchise mode

Hi guys. I just finished a season in franchise mode and missed the playoffs by a game. I really wanted to play them and can't fathom the arduous task of getting all the way back to this point even with sim cast.

My question is is there a way to fast track sim to end of regular season so you don't have to stop every two seconds for gm meetings, phone calls etc as much as I loved those features on my initial run through the franchise mode.

nope. this is the draw back of mygm mode. you cant adjust the season length. thats why i play my league instead. im not playing through an 82 game season.
