How to change mycareer NBA logo on headbands and change sock level

Does any one know how to change the level of socks and position of NBA logo on headbands for mycareer for your home and away pro team mypark socks can change but not your actual pro gear and last year you could change the NBA logo on headbands

Nobody knows. Nobody from 2K will come talk to us about it. They don't seem to care. This has been an issue for years now.
