my career complaints (non game play/Spike Lee related)

I love the my career (after the Spike Lee soap) but really there are some fundamental comlaints:

- after Spike's story it becomes a bit repetative, could really still have used some cutscenes
- I design my own shoe but am forced to play in it in the teamcolours of my team?? I play San ANtonio so they just become black and white
- to be forced to play the whole season is too much. And also simming is almost not possible because of all contacts/endorsement stuff.
- if I want to change my players hairstyle and stuff why do I have to go out of the menu? really too complicated
