Especially those who said HOF is supposed to give the CPU an unfair advantage. I am assuming this is what they meant? Any tips on how to defend it?

There is no way to defend that unfortunately. Just a glitch in the game that hopefully will get patched soon

I think this is in there to combat the animation in 15 that would take you behind the basket and you shoot and hit the side or the back of the backboard. I think this is how they nerfed it. Unfortunately
