Draft Class ratings change after upload

I don't know if anyone's noticed this but once you upload or create a draft class in MyLeague or MyGM, the player ratings change? A player with a 78 Standing Midrange and 72 Moving Midrange can change to 71 Standing and 83 Moving. It's really annoying and I hate how the moving shots are so much better than the standing shots. it's a lot harder to shoot that way

Well know bug... and the devs know too since a long time but...2k17 is coming
