how to get more 3 seconds calls because I'm getting killing in PNO when the other opponent is just CAMPING in the key?

I'm stuck at 65 free throw rating and already at the playoffs but the game does not seem to give me any extra +1s. Any tips ?

Sorry if a silly question, but I've seen in a few videos, not sure if scrimmage or practice, that the hot spots will show up on the actual floor that's being played? How do I trigger that or see that? As opposed to going to a player's player card and seeing it there

Does anyone have a guide/tips/etc. on how to master the midrange/iso play? 2k gets so boring after running screen and roll the whole game.

I'd like to get better at playing like a DeMar Derozan or KD, Kawhi, etc.

I am trying to play with the Houston Rockets, longtime fan. How can I set it up so i play almost as close as how they play in real life. Do i set the offensive set to 4 out 1 in, 7 seconds, or do I stick with the default? and do i use scoring options, space the floor, or motion cuts? Thanks

not at all. press left on dpad will do at free style practice mode

Is there a way to play 2 player MyLeague with both players on position lock?


This is for XBOX One btw.


My friend is trying to use PG only and I'm trying to use PF only. I know you could do this on old gen, but can't figure it out here. Thanks.
